 edication\, resilience\, and academic achievements of our graduates as th
 ey reach this important milestone in their professional journey. During t
 he ceremony\, faculty members will formally hood each graduate\, symboliz
 ing their transition into the field of higher education and student affai
 rs.\nThe hooding ceremony serves as an opportunity for graduates\, family
  members\, friends\, faculty\, and staff to come together in recognition 
 of the hard work and commitment that define the HESA community. The progr
 am will include remarks from faculty and student representatives\, as wel
 l as the formal recognition of each graduate.\nWe look forward to celebra
 ting the impact our graduates will make as future leaders\, advocates\, a
