About
The Bartender's Guild is a student-run organization that shares a passion, curiosity, and camaraderie for the art and science of mixology, craft cocktails, and fine spirits.
Our organization is a pillar of the Bacardi Center of Excellence at the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU).
We meet every other Tuesday at 4:30 pm Eastern Time (EST) in person, at the Biscayne Bay Campus, where we host live demonstrations on the classic/modern drinks of the week, have conversations about drink fundamentals, better bar practices, and invite industry professionals to share their experience and expertise. We end our meetings with a fun trivia game called "Kahoot" and the winner of the game wins the prize(s) of the week!
