National Association of Women in Construction Student Chapter

The NAWIC Student Chapter at FIU is dedicated to building a strong community for women pursuing careers in construction. Our mission is to empower and support women in construction management by fostering connections, sharing knowledge, and providing the resources needed to succeed in a male-dominated industry. Through mentorship, networking, and professional development, we strive to create a sisterhood that uplifts and prepares our members for success both in school and beyond graduation.
